Guinea fowl from a neighbouring farm, roasted in a herb crust, amandine mashed potatoes with pistou
The Quercy lamb comes in two forms: Roast leg of lamb coated with mustard and honey, and confit shoulder of lamb that has been immersed for a few hours +8€
